MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING (MoU) BETWEEN HEAD OFFICE AND OUTSIDE INSTITUTE / ORGANIZATION (w.e.f. 1^st JANUARY 2022)

NATIONAL COLLOBORATION

The National Memorandam of Understanding (MoUs) signed by CIPET aim to strengthen collaboration with leading academic institutions, research organizations, government bodies, and industries across India. These partnerships facilitate joint initiatives in skill development, research and development, technology transfer, and technical support services in the field of petrochemicals and allied sectors. Through such MoUs, CIPET seeks to promote innovation, enhance academic–industry linkage, and develop a highly skilled workforce to meet the evolving needs of the polymer and plastics industry, thereby contributing to national growth and self-reliance.

INTERNATIONAL COLLOBORATION

To promote international exchange of research ideas a Memorandum of Understanding (MoUs) has been signed by CIPET with the following renowned universities / institutions for collaborative research products; faculty / students exchange programs and formulation of standards and specifications.

These collaborative efforts has resulted in a number of research works carried out at the School for Advanced Research in Petrochemicals (SARP) which has significantly helped the plastic industries in India & overseas through the:

• Usage of new generation polymeric materials
• Introduction of new plastic products in every key sectors of the Indian Economy

CIPET will continue focusing and developing more new materials as well as products, developing cost-effective import substitution and developing high-quality intellectual property of international repute; which will definitely benefit the plastic industries and the allied industries.

CIPET has thus evolved as one of the highly regarded research and development organization with well-established fame through its accomplishment as well as path breaking innovations in the field of plastics,. The organization provides its expertise continuously in solving major issues faced by the Government as well as Industry within the country and across the globe. In this regard, CIPET has made a permanent mark in the plastic industry across the globe.
