Plastics Testing Laboratory is equipped with state-of-the-art testing facilities for carrying out testing for plastics and related products as per ASTM / ISO / BIS Standards. The Lab is accredited by NABL as per ISO/IEC 17025:2017 & recognized by BIS for 65 standards in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Toys and Similar Product field. Testing services of CIPET is regularly utilized by BIS, Customs, FCI, BSNL, Maharashtra State Horticulture & Agriculture Department, Education Department and other Government and Private agencies. Govt. of Maharashtra has recognized the Lab as authorized testing centre for Plastics, Rubber & allied materials/products.
