The main objective of CIPET : CSTS - Valsad is to promote socioeconomic status of underprivileged youths in south Gujarat by providing quality skill training in Chemical & Petrochemical Sector and make them Employable in Plastic and allied Industries, Up skilling Un-Skilled Manpower in Plastic Industries and Technical Support Services to Plastic Industries and allied Industries.

Presently CIPET : CSTS - Valsad is functioning in a rental premise at Trupati Plaza, Nr. Dharampur Chowkadi, Atak Pardi, Valsad.
