SKILL DEVELOPMENT TRAINING PROGRAMMES
FOR BACKWARD CLASSES YOUTHS

under the aegis of Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment

NBCFDC has the objective to promote economic and developmental activities for the benefit of Backward Classes and to assist the poorer section of these classes in skill development and self employment ventures. NBCFDC, New Delhi had sanctioned CIPET skill development training programmes for 1520 Backward Classes youths for the states of Andhra Pradesh, Assam, Bihar, Gujarat, Himachal Pradesh, Karnataka, Kerala, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Manipur, Odisha, Punjab, Rajasthan, Tamilnadu, Telangana, Uttar Pradesh and West Bengal for the year 2015-16.

The expected outcome is to create job opportunities for target group, correct and align skilling with required competencies and to meet demand of skilled manpower across the country.

NBCFDC sponsored residential training programmes for Five courses with the duration of 3 months viz: Machine Operator - Plastics Processing (MO-PP), Injection Moulding (MO-IM), Blow Moulding (MO-BM), Plastics Extrusion (MO-PE), and Plastics Recycling (MO-PR).
