The clients and customers of CIPET have an access to all the required technical information viz. Training & Technical Services offered by CIPET, charges for various services, formalities for availing CIPET services, Status of their work assignment, technical data, enquires on standards, administrative procedures, training dates etc. at one desk. CIPET has established Customer Service Cell (CSC) at all CIPET Centers to interact in the customers/clients in an effective manner to provide information as desired by the customers. The Customer Service Cell is managed by a team of technically qualified competent Officers. All the customers/clients can straight away approach the Customer Service Cell functioning at CIPET Centres to avail the training & technical services. The Customer Service Cell is established with an objective to delight the customers as part of CIPET’s Quality Management System (QMS) and customer focus approach. |
