| 1. Post : Information
& Documentation Officer |
| Qualification |
| Master’s Degree
in Library Science/Information Science/documentation with
at least 55% of marks or its equivalent grade and consistently
good academic record from recognized institution with
post qualification experience as Librarian in a reputed
University / Institution knowing documentation / Information
system, out of which 03 years of minimum service in scale
of pay of Rs.6500-200-10500 or equivalent. Knowledge in
digital library system and computers desirable. |

Maintain a set of documentation
(pre-session and in-session documents and reports)
of meetings |

Systematically collect books, periodicals,
reports, studies and other documents through purchase,
subscriptions and contacts with NGOs, Universities/Institutions |

Plan and supervise the selection
and acquisition of relevant material for the Library |

Identify, evaluate and maintain a
list of general and specialised information sources |

Demo ability to provide sound technical
advice on the collection of document & Information |

Develop and Maintenance of manual
or computerised system of files and networks |

Analyze and codify the material by
cataloguing, classifying and indexing |

Organize the storage and preservation
of material |

Control over public access on Information
and documentation |

Prepare abstracts of document contents,
compile special bibliographics, produce information |

Identify clients needs and develop

Knowledge of content organization

& Accounts Officer (F & A) |

| Qualification |
| First Class CA/ICWA/ MBA-Finance
(2 yrs full-time) / Master in commerce from recognized
institutions or equivalent. CISA certification (Certified
Information Systems Auditor) will be desirable. |
| Experience : 03 years of experience
in the Pay Scale of Rs.6500-200-10500 or equivalent with
post qualification and work experience. |

Preparing the Budgets and provide
reports. |

As an internal consultant on matters
of Service Tax, Excise, Sales Tax and other taxation
matters. |

Finalization of financial budgets
and accounts including internal audit, statutory
audit, etc. |
 |
Be a repository of information and
decision support by providing reports like funds
flow, project costing, internal revenue generation,
reports on overall financial health by various financial
reports. |

Managing employees provident fund
trust. |
 |
Experience in handling all matters
relating to foreign aid, external relief management,
procurement finance, etc. |

| 3. Post : Personnel
& Administrative Officer (P & A) |

| Qualification |
| First class Degree in
Engineering with full time MBA degree with HR specialization/First
class Graduate with full time MBA (HRD)/Post Graduate
degree in Social Work with specialization in Personnel
Management and Labour Welfare from a recognised University/Institute.
Degree in Law in addition to Engineering/MBA/Post Graduate
degree will be desirable. |

Lead the HR function of the institute,
develop HR policies and processes, to achieve business
goals, Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
and alignment with institute HR direction. |

Initiating training and employee
engagement programme and manage recruitment, compensation
and performance measurement system. |
 |
Accomplishment of Human Resources
practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented,
high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment,
quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment,
and the recruitment and ongoing development of a
superior workforce. |

Strong Microsoft Office skills, with
a priority on Word and Excel. |
